Laura Minard started nursing later in her life and immediately became aware of the limitations that the profession had on actually “helping people”. She became a board certified nurse coach and built a successful private practice and began to help her colleauges do the same. In 2019, she joined forces with a fellow successful nurse coach and founded the largest business mentorship program in the country.
